Telesales Executive
We are looking for a Telesales Executive with experience in B2B sales.
This is an opportunity to join a leading organisation in the unified communications arena. In this role you will be selling unified communication solutions to large corporates, education and government organisions. Experience with Alcatel, Shoretel, Polycom and Cisco products preferred but training will be given. eVideo also offers a range of solutions from video conferencing/audio visual solutions, through to cloud based video exchange services.
The role is about identifying new business opportunities and building new relationships together with major account management of existing customers. You should be self motivated. A minimum 2 years sales experience in the telecommunications/IT industry is essential. Experience with business phones systems and IP telephoney would be highly regarded. Proof of sales track record and experience preferred.
You should be well presented and professional and not be afraid to work outside your comfort zone in order to find the right solutions and be able to achieve personal revenue targets. An effective communicator and negotiator, you will also have strong business acumen and consultative approach.

Sales Support-Office - Part Time
This is a varied role for someone who would like the chance to join one of Australia's fastest growing Telecommunications Companies. We are looking for a part-time Office Admin/Sales Support person to join our ever expanding team, who will be committed to providing quality service to our customers and partners in Australia and globally.

Must have excellent phone manner with good communication skills in English. Duties will be varied including assisting the Office Manager, answering the phone, entries in MYOB, and data entry, as well as administrative duties.

The successful candidate’s will be highly qualified in selling integrated video- audio conference systems, working directly with prospects/customers in different levels of management positions.

Experience Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in selling video conferencing (preferably with Polycom and Cisco systems and products) including room/desktop systems over IP networks.

  • Experience with audio and video in an integrated video/audio conferencing environment.

Audio Visual Technician - entry level

AUD $40,000.00-$45,000 + super Sydney,Gold Coast,Melbourne
eVideo is looking for a person with audio visual and/or telephony experience. Experience in installation of projectors, plasmas and/or videoconferencing products is preferred. You will become part of our expanding video-voice-data communications company. If you are highly motivated and eager to learn new products call us. Some training will be provided as required. 

Key responsibilities will be assisting the National Support Manager with customer support queries, installation and customer service for our videoconferencing, audio visual and IP solutions desk, on-site and remote maintenance plus resolving system faults and customer training. You should have good communication skills and be a team player.
Salary reviews will take place on an annual basis at the end of each calendar year and will reflect performance against budget and establishment of agreed growth programs for the impending year.
